These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made from Wonderoral through wonderoral.com. By submitting an order, you agree to the version of these terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Orders and Acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not require us to accept the order. We may reject or cancel an order because of inventory, pricing or description errors, payment authorization problems, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, quantity limits, or legal requirements. If we cancel after payment is captured, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Product Information

We work to present product descriptions, images, dimensions, contents, age guidance, availability, and prices accurately. Display settings and production updates can cause minor differences. If a material error affects an order, we may contact the customer, correct the information, or cancel the affected item.

Prices and Payment

The price charged is the price shown during checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are disclosed before submission. Payment is due when the order is placed and is handled through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Promotions

Promotions may have eligibility dates, product exclusions, quantity limits, or minimum purchase requirements. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively.

Shipping, Risk, and Delivery

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Product Use and Safety

Customers must follow instructions, warnings, age guidance, assembly directions, and supervision recommendations supplied with a product. Outdoor and water-play products should be used in an appropriate area and under responsible adult supervision when indicated. Products must not be modified or used for an unintended purpose.

Resale and Misuse

We may limit quantities or refuse orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale, abuse of promotions, fraud, or unlawful activity.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonderoral is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from a purchase or product use. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the merchant operating Wonderoral, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available where the customer resides. Disputes will be handled by a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another permitted resolution process.
